In concrete terms, participating in the outreach of the Tommy Hilfiger’s Store in Miramas as a Store Manager is: MANAGE THE TEAM * Oversee the entire team and actively participate in the development of turnover and teams * Anticipate and organize shop sales activity (scheduling, commercial operations) * Integrate, train the team in sales techniques and ensure the growth of employees' skills * Lead and coach your team on a daily basis (daily sales, objectives) SUPERVISE THE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY * Be responsible for operating account and compliance with margins * Achieve sales and develop sales in order to optimize the profitability of the shop * Monitoring and analysing KPI’s (implementation of action plans) * Ensuring the quality of customer service and the proper maintenance of the point of sale * Building customer loyalty LIVING A SINGLE, QUALITATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE * Welcome and offer personalized advice to the client * Sell the brand’s products thanks to your taste for fashion and your knowledge of the different collections * Develop sales indicators and sales * Build customer loyalty with an irreproachable quality of service ...
