MISSION Supporting in organizing and coordinating company events, aiming at the compliance with policies and goals of the company regarding internal and external events. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Support in organizing events in accordance with Events Plan defined by the management, planning resources necessary to accomplish the events, for the area of responsibility; the above with reference to all the divisions • Ensures the planning and organization of events, ensuring compliance with the policies of corporate communications, as well as the time and cost involved in the annual marketing plan • Supports in planning, monitoring and adjusting schedule of events, as the company demands • Reviews check list of events; deals with and supervises a large variety of operational aspects across the organization of the events, e.g. deals with showroom set-ups, catering... • Monitors the quality of service providers, through the performance observed in the events • Organizes the accommodation and travel details of the participants for all events. Communicates with relevant parties to organize participants’ registration, accommodation and transportation • Prepares report of participation in events, with information concerning expenditure, qualitative and quantitative details of internal and external events.
- Minimum 3 years of experience - English is required - Strong ownership of the tasks assigned - Proactivity and curiosity - Creative mindset
