Position Description

People’s Place is the hospitality department of the brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein; the venue is located on the ground floor of the international head office.

The professional kitchen and staff offers high quality food prepared with the best local ingredients, for seating dinners People’s Place can serve up to 270 guests and for walking dinners up to 450 guests.

In the daytime People’s Place is the canteen for all Tommy Hilfiger employees working at the head office, this is the main aim of this hospitality department. But People’s Place is more than just a canteen:

  • People’s Place just loves live music, People’s Place organizes concerts and works closely with Paradiso.
  • Event Venue for different occasions and different companies
  • Internal and external catering
  • Internal and external productions
  • Artist catering

The jobholder will work closely with the other members People’s Place management team.

The main tasks can be summarized as follows:

  • Financial reporting to People’s Place management team
  • Checking up on financial reports towards People’s Place
  • Control invoices payable
  • Kitchen buy-in overviews
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Administrative tasks

Position Requirements

Education, professional qualifications and experience

  • HBO or University Bachelor education level in the field of Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Between 0 and 2 years of experience
