Position Description

The European Infrastructure Team is part of the ICT department within PVH Europe. The team is responsible for all ERP and back-office systems including their related infrastructure  components,  housed in our two datacenters and in smaller locations around Europe. Responsibilities are design, implementation, administration and monitoring of all components within the system landscape. Secondary the team manages several 3rd parties involved in any of the above mentioned tasks. PVH Europe is a dynamic international company, depending heavily on a stable, high available and high performing ICT environment to do its business. From the ICT department and its members this requires teamwork, high standards, and a proactive approach towards system administration.

In the position of Systems Administrator, you are responsible for the daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting of the ERP and back-office systems, as well as their related infrastructure components. You participate in, or are in the lead of, projects and (large) changes to the landscape. Besides administration tasks, you create, validate and/or adjust existing landscape designs and documentation. You can work in a structured and standardized fashion, but are also innovative in optimizing the administration and monitoring tasks. To you, IT Security is a “must”. You have a Security mindset, and use your skills to protect the IT environment.

The position requires a professional who takes responsibility over systems and components and can work goal/project oriented, individually as well as in a team.

  • Standard Virtual Machine administration
  • Server Migration, Storage Migration, Server builds (vRealize Automation)

Setup and administration of server/component monitoring and alert tooling.

Print server and landscape management

  • Canon UniFlow (Pre)

Citrix Environment XenApp 6.5 – 7.5

  • Administrate and monitor XenApp environments (publish new apps/desktops, health checks, adding additional servers when needed)
  • Keep XenApp up to date with Hotfixes and Rollup packs
  • Design, create and migrate XenApp environments

Microsoft SCCM 2012

  • Windows Security patch deployments

SAP Basis (Pre)

Technical and architectural knowledge of SAN’s, storage systems, physical servers, networks and backup libraries.
