Position Description

To support further growth and professionalization of our ICT department, we are looking for a Retail Systems Analyst You are service minded and know how what it takes to restore operations for Stores in Europe. Being the spider in the web you will be working closely with other departments within IT and other departments in the business.

You are responsible for supporting the store IT environment and bringing solutions no matter the challenge. Making sure all stores can work and maintain working in the most optimal way. You are always willing to take ownership and bring quality in everything you do. You pro-actively assist your colleagues to bring the best. You are passionate in solving incidents and keeping everyone informed on the status through clear and constructive communication.

On a daily basis you respond to incidents, questions and related activities which come in through several channels. Looking into ways to continuously communicate more effectively giving employees who connect with the best ever professional support experience. Resolving incidents gives you satisfaction. You act as primary contact person for everyone in need of support no matter the issue or question.

Your goal is to make sure that the ICT Department is recognized as a professional and solid business partner. Your personality is most important, technology can be learned.
