Our Technology team aims to become a driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable company’s growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organization, the employees, our customers or consumers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Engineer as part of the Field Services Team who can implement and support our technical infrastructure and applications in various types of selling locations. Customer Value and automation are key in deployment and configuration of our landscape. The focus should be on remote implementations, but travelling may occur. You will be considered an ambassador to our retail and digital selling network so communication and maintaining a healthy relationship with local end-users and (IT) partners is key.


  • Plan, control, oversee and/or execute the support and delivery of tech solutions to stores
  • Take responsibility and ownership of roll-outs and maintenance bringing impactful solutions to selling locations
  • Respond to problems and incidents that cannot be resolved by Tech Support
  • Work with development and infra teams, partners and local IT to ensure sustainable solutions
  • Continuously improve and optimize roll-out processes
  • Flag and provide feedback to teams who are an important contributor to the design and build of optimized in-store solutions
  • Document key processes and train local IT, so they can become self-maintaining
  • Work (on-call) shifts and odd hours if needed
  • Adhere to and help define SLA’s by close collaboration with Tech Support and vendors
  • Nurture and shape the relationship with our end-users and drive an exceptional service experience
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and adjacent teams from various domains

  • A solid background in tech support and/or retail services

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment where customer happiness drives success
  • Experience in driving implementations and roll-outs
  • Knowledge of a variety of devices such as iPhone, iPad, laptops and POS
  • Willingness to improve every single day and a positive state of mind
  • Knowledge of Linux, IOS and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of remote controlling solutions
  • Knowledge of Futura and GK POS systems
  • Knowledge of (Meraki) Networking infrastructures
  • Experience with automation technologies to enable smart roll-outs, such as Ansible


  • Experience with Lean, Agile, DevOps practices and/or ITIL methodology
  • Experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of retail processes
  • Experience with Virtual environments
  • Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence and/or TopDesk
