Department Information

The MEA+NL organization is one of the most dynamic organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets (Middle East, Africa, South East Europe) and in The Netherlands. Our business approach is multifaceted in order to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The team working for this region must be able to manage and build relationships with our partners across various cultures and backgrounds, and enjoy a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Position Description

The VM Project Specialist will be responsible to manage windows and in-store VM related projects in the Netherlands and in the MEA+ region for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, for the full price, outlets and franchising stores. Reporting into the Head of VM MEA+NL, the VM Project Specialist will manage simultaneous creative projects in terms of timing, budget, production and shipment of VM elements. The VM Project Specialist will work closely with all the MEA+NL departments in order to ensure that the standards are maintained in the area of competence.


• Work with Head of VM MEA+NL and VM MEA+NL team to roll-out the global visual merchandising strategy in the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores across the own and operated, franchising and wholesale business for full price, outlets and SIS stores.• Prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous creative projects in terms of timing,  budget, production and shipment under the direction of cross-functional team members• Responsable for the production, quality control and on-time delivery for all the window installation across both brands • Responsible for the schedule and coordination of the seasonal window installation, • Responsible for the organization, coordination & planning all seasonal corporate & external activities – showroomset-up• Responsible for ordering visual elements, POS materials & mannequins• Direct contact with all existing and new suppliers in all logistic and administrative matters• Following processes for placing accurate and timely purchase orders & reconciling invoices• Oversee all visual elements and visual related materials inventory at the distribution center

Essential skills & attributes:• Strong planning, organization skills and ability to prioritize & multi-task• Experience of working with store floor-plans and Project management skills• Strong communication skills, in order to communicate efficiently and effectively with representatives from various partners• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Organizational, communication & time management skills are a must• Enthusiastic attitude and be a ‘hands-on’ self-starter• Pro Active thinking / planning• Analytical thinking and intelligent negotiation skills• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, suppliers and peers, Team player• No 9:00 to 18:00 work mentality, has to be flexible in working hours and travel time• Able to travel within the Netherlands and the MEA+ region

Position Requirements


• Degree level or equivalent, ideally in design or architecture• 2-3 Years of experience as a project management in the fashion/retail industry• Must have the sensibility, knowledge & understanding of visual merchandising• Fluent in English language (written & spoken)• The ideal candidate has experienced to work in another country (except the country of origin)• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)• 3D software and video making is a plus
