What does your team do within PVH?
We’re looking for an experienced, charismatic project specialist who can be the game-changer in the implementation of our Omnichannel products.The Omnichannel Transformation Department drives the change of the organization towards an omnichannel consumer experience. The department’s objective is to create a seamless consumer experience across all distribution channels thereby connecting online and offline channels as well as elevating the in-store digital consumer experience.The team researches new trends and ideas, evaluates them and decides based on strategic fit to both our brands about implementation scope, timelines and implications on the omnichannel roadmap.
What does an Omnichannel Expansion Specialist do at PVH?
Based in Amsterdam, the Omnichannel Expansion team manages the strategy and execution of the Store of the Future platform and the Omnichannel services within our markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for the alignment of stakeholders and roadmaps across various cross-functional teams and markets. In addition you will:
- Project management from A to Z
- Manage stakeholders in country offices and store teams to ensure that products are smoothly implemented and embedded within the organization
- Evaluate market needs and business value to drive the implementation strategy
- Manage new initiatives to improve or accelerate the platform scalability and expansion
- Support in the localization of the platform for new regions and markets
Who is the best person for this job?
- Approximately 2 - 4 years' relevant experience, ideally in Retail, FMCG or within an end consumer focused, changing environment
- Experience in project management with a track record of implementing cross-functional, change management projects
- Affinity for systems and processes, and the improvement thereof
- Ability to prioritize a demanding, workload and time manage effectively
- Open, charismatic and winning personality to be able to handle various stakeholders across the organization and to communicate successfully with stakeholders across different levels and cultures
