Department Information

The General Merchandising and Product Management department covers Strategy Planning, General Merchandising, Calendar Management and Agile Project Management to support long term company growth.

  • Lead initiatives to transform our organization, including end to end analysis, design, development and implementation of new or re-designed processes
  • Manage and coordinate projects
  • Consult with executives, business partners, and IT partners to assess current opportunities for improvement
  • Drive a successful implementation of an Agile Scrum structure with an end-to- end continuous improvement approach
  • Work with cross-functional teams on various projects (product, marketing, sales, HR, design etc), with the aim to lead a focus on solving consumer, regional and/or organizational needs
  • Onboard and lead new Scrum Teams
  • Nurture a flexible and collaborative mindset within a creative and inspiring culture

Position Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • Expert Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work and live in the Netherlands
