What does your team do within PVH?

Buying & Planning Team plan the seasonal collection buys based on vendor allocation and regional requirements/holidays, within the calendar milestones, 4 times a year. Team ensures the sell in quantities are placed within the vendors, on a timely manner.

The best person for this job:

Based in Amsterdam, the Buying & Demand Planner Ensures optimum Seasonal Planning is done from the range plan handover to the official purchase order creation, within Buying & Demand Planning department of Tommy Hilfiger, based on desired KPI’s. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintain the Order book information to guarantee a smooth buying process.
  • Ensure best buy conditions are met.
  • Prepare and assist on divisional buying, during the planned timelines.
  • Drive and structure reporting and analysis to measure divisional performance and highlight business opportunities.
  • Be the link towards central divisions to ensure Central directions are followed by the division.
  • Take over merchandising planning and hand over the optimum good flow to the operations.

Who is the best person for this job?

  • A completed HBO / University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Planning & Analysis field.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical mind-set.
  • Excellent PC knowledge: Excel, (SAP is advantage).
  • Organized and pro-active working approach.
  • Fluent in English.
