The Infra & Support domain consists of several product owners and teams dedicated to IT Core services and the support of the wider Technology organization. These teams have just begun their agile journey and so we are looking for a transformative leader in this space.

Position Description

We are looking for charismatic leader to guide Support and Infrastructure Engineering teams through a transition towards DevOps. The Director will bring best practices with regards to Agile support and DevOps into the organization and help transition the domain to a more modern and cloud-oriented infrastructure, in close cooperation with his/her international counterparts in the US.

  • Set the long termvision for the infrastructure and support operations at PVH Europe.
  • Define optimal balance and guide the transition from a more traditional infrastructure operation towards enabling autonomous teams through initiatives such as infrastructure-as-code, increased automation and cloud.
  • Ensure operational excellence and stability for core systems and locations in Europe (office, retail, warehouse), including topics such as:
    • Security
    • Optimization of Data Center operations
    • Optimization of networking
    • Enterprise monitoring
    • ERP (SAP FMS)
    • Support (end-user, retail, warehouse, sales)
  • Partner closely with the Architecture team to:
    • Establish a culture of high performance, transparency and continuous improvement
    • Evangelize DevOps best practices in the Infra & Support teams as well as the broader tech organization
    • Research and evaluate the use of containers by our software engineers and potential support issues
  • Raise the bar on talent and develop talent strategy that will help achieve the long-term vision.
  • Be a liaison between European and US offices, able to grasp, understand and bridge cultural and corporate differences.
  • A strong leader with tangible Infra and Support experience in both traditional as well as Agile/DevOps environments.

  • Play an important role in maturing the internal organization: building talent strategy, guiding agile growth, putting DevOps practices in place and modernizing the infra & support practices for the organization.
  • Facilitate the agile teams on a flexible, collaborative mindset and building a creative and inspired culture using Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Enable a strong foundation with regards to CI/CD, Security, Monitoring and other modern processes and techniques.
  • Guide PVH towards a cloud-oriented infrastructure.
  • Manage stakeholders in EU and US, budgets and vendors.
  • Work together with Architects and Product Owners to shape domain strategy and translate that to actionable epics and stories.
