Department Information

The team consists of 13 colleagues who are all based in Amsterdam. The PVH Media Team has 3 key objectives:

  1. Drive traffic and conversion @ full price
  2. Consistently bring the brand to life in the markets
  3. Be a pro-active business partner

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Specialist in Media and Advertising, who will be in charge of the Paid Media messaging strategy in Europe as well as for the localization and implementation of the Paid Media strategy on country level with the objective to optimize our consumers’ journey.


  • Define audiences and their consumer journey across Paid Media
  • Support the creative and messaging strategy across Paid Media - and in the light of the bigger picture - of paid media channels (Out of Home, Digital)
  • Manage the calendar for Paid Media activities incl. relevant events and campaigns
  • Build and grow relationships with strategic internal and external partners  

Media Planning:

  • Take responsibility for assigned markets, present the global strategy to the local offices and challenge the best possible localization with the agencies
  • Take on the strategy of our licensee partners; liaise with the wider Paid Media Team for integrated campaigns per country
  • Think out-of-the-box whilst adhering to the global strategy and ROI objectives
  • Handle bookings and liaise with Paid Media Team for implementation
  • Manage and monitor the given budgets, whilst challenging value for money
  • Monitor campaign implementation; analyze the results and derive learnings


  • Build Paid Media business cases upon request
  • Take on ad-hoc project / presentation needs

The ideal candidate:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing department, or for an international fashion brand. In addition, you bring:

  • 2- 3 years of professional experience
  • University degree in Marketing or Communications
  • A pro-active approach, ready to take the initiative, with a life-long learning attitude
  • Passion for everything you do, and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • No nine-to-five mentality
  • A strong aesthetic sense, eye for the detail, with an ability to set the right priorities
  • Structure, yet at the same time, flexible
  • Highly executional, yet resourceful if needed
  • Strong communication skills, with the capability to liaise with internal stakeholders across different levels of the organization and to manage external partners
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • High fashion and online affinity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as business fluency in English (written & verbal)
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac programs (Pages, Keynote)
