PVH is further developing our retail formats. After rolling out Store of the Future concepts across the globe, digital is more and more the new normal in our stores and in our customer experience. For our next step in innovative retail concepts we are looking for a Store Manager for our Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein campus stores located in our brand new headquarters in Amsterdam (opening days Mon-Fri).
The role requires a retail mindset, leading store teams towards new ways of thinking, working and, creating a customer journey that embraces innovative retail technologies and serves our more than 2000 approx. employees as a campus store. In this role you will be at the center of our retail innovation working with customers as well as many internal departments supporting our journey from classic retail to digital retailing by using various of our Store of the Future elements including RFID, digital shopping screens and customization of products.
- You will have solid management experience within the retail or service industry, working on both customer service and ensuring KPI achievement. - Setting challenging yet obtainable goals is important to us, so you'll have a proven track record of stretching and developing your team whilst acting with confidence and showing a clear 'presence' on the store floor. - Relationship management will come naturally to you and you will use your ability to influence others to further enhance your business - We need someone to encourage our culture of open communication and teamwork whilst being innovative and flexible in ways of working too - this is an ever changing environment. - Most importantly, you need to love (digital) retail as much as we do!
