Department and Team

The CRM & Loyalty department has 3 key objectives:

  • Increase consumer engagement
  • Improve retention rate
  • Drive traffic and conversion to support sales and marketing efforts

The CRM team is part of the Consumer Journey team, which oversees all consumer touchpoints inside the company including Social & Digital Engagement, Sales Activation, Media & Adtech and Strategy Planning & MarTech. As the CRM team, we help drive and facilitate various projects using consumer data intelligence activated through email, app, SMS and more touchpoints with the aim of building loyalty and retention.

The Position

The Campaign Coordinator will join the CRM department at our PVH European head office in Amsterdam. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of CRM campaigns, generating a successful and consistent, omni-channel customer experience for PVH (Tommy Hilfiger) consumer communications, in order to strengthen the brand loyalty, increase customer engagement, retention, revenues and ultimately LTV. Day-to-day, the Campaign Coordinator will work closely with departments and vendors, including Consumer Journey, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, Local retail countries in Europe and Global regional markets, Omni-channel and the in-house Creative Studio. He/she will be working on campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, consisting of emails, SMS and additional new touch points. This role will report to the Senior CRM Campaign Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive content planning and monthly execution roll out for Business as Usual email campaigns to support business trading and MYTOMMY loyalty program
  • Oversee daily campaign operations and weekly frequency segmentation plan, ensuring communications are dispatched on time according to commercial calendar
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Merchandising and Content team (acting as CRM expert) to drive the process, spanning from planning phase to testing, quality control, dispatch and evaluation
  • Support the CRM Project Specialist with the implementation and optimization of customer lifecycle automated trigger programs, operational brand campaigns, and transactional projects, when needed
  • Own and deliver weekly/monthly email reporting updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Devise and implement impactful A/B testing procedures on campaigns to help improve and evolve communication & content strategies for our consumer
  • Log and monitor bugs affecting our email marketing program to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of all campaigns (creative, copy, links, legal, segmentation and technical setup etc.)
  • Collaborate with CRM data analyst on weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting to translate findings into commercial recommendations to support business growth
  • Be aware of email industry best practices and respond to changing trends and developments to enhance CRM campaign efforts

You Bring:

  • University degree (e.g. Business, Marketing or Marketing Communications)
  • 1+ year in coordinating/executing in the field of email marketing
  • 1+ year experience in delivering CRM campaigns within an International or ecommerce brand that drive consumer response
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, JIRA required
  • Mobile experience or understanding of mobile trends in campaign execution
  • Fluent in English (written and verbally)
