Department Information

A vibrant, young, determined collection of talented individuals working as a collective team in the daily changing, challenging supply chain ( Production Planners )

The department is split into 2 main area’s which are Production Planners and Demand Planners they work extremely closely with each other. Then the Production team is split into two ;  one focused on the „close to body“ and the other „swim/sports“ Both production teams share and exchange best practice and push and learn from each other.

Position Description

To lead the Underwear “close to Body” production planning team – continue to build on current best practices, constantly push and look to develop the current processes and maximize the talented team of individuals while delivering on key KPI’s (Stock levels, Turn, OTA, OTD, Buying %, AIR reduction etc.)

  • Manage Supply Chain Demand to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • EMEA Production Capacity Planning
  • Set target inventory levels to achieve service and inventory goals
  • Problem solving around slow and obsolete inventory
  • Ensure alignment of operational target KPIs
  • Lead S&OP processes within the relevant geographic scopes and actively participate in the global S&OP and IBP process
  • Collaborate with key internal and external partners on; inventory, shipments, strategy, performance
  • Train, develop and coach the production planners
  • Drive and own the seasonal buy process and reconciliation, partner and agree on target deliverables
  • Support global / Internal cross-functional initiatives
  • Identify and drive regional supply chain improvements
  • Standardize department processes, aligning; documentation, executional tasks and reporting
  • Drive escalation process, and elevate issues; while partnering with total supply chain for resolutions

Position Requirements

  • Management, Engineering,
  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain/planning/buying
  • Min 3 years of experience leading a team
  • Strong analytical skills: (raw) data, eye for detail
  • Good organization skills: priority setting, deliver reports (under pressure)
  • Self-driven, pragmatic and business mind set
  • Good communication skills: team player, interdepartmental collaboration, stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with MS office with advance skills in Excel
  • SAP knowledge or equivalent MRP system
  • Business fluency in English (written & verbal)

  • Direct interaction with other departments such as the Controlling teams, Sales, WH, Merch, PD, regionally and globally.
