Department Information

As part of the Marketing Department, the Media and AdTech team plays a pivotal role in effectively amplifying our key messages across our target audience in the EMEA+ countries and in guiding the APAC, US and LATAM regions accordingly.

Position Description

With the media landscape evolving rapidly, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager Media and AdTech. In this position, you will be connecting consumers with brand innovation, experiences and stories that not only inspire but enable, and also drive the business. We expect you to have a deep understanding of our consumers and the unique role that Paid Media plays within the consumer journey, and a passion for the ever-advancing world of technology and how its evaluation is driving how we serve, engage and drive ROI with consumers across media.

Position Responsibilities

  • Drive strategies to maximize reach, engagement and conversion
  • Develop audience strategies, cross-media journeys and briefs to guide and evolve the creative work leveraged and rolled out across consumer touchpoints and individual media channels
  • Active role in media partner selection and strategy to drive media collaborations that support company priorities, marketing strategy and campaign goals
  • Identify relevant partners for special projects, situating media partnerships as an integral element of the overall consumer journey strategy for a campaign. Oversee the roll-out of selected partnerships from start to finish
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to proactively identify emerging opportunities on media platforms and develop plans to leverage them
  • Integrate cross-department to ensure technical capabilities are in place for rollout of media plans
  • Serve as lead point of contact for regional Media Teams, driving alignment of Media strategy with APAC, US and LATAM regions  
  • Oversee budget, planning and reporting for EMEA+ countries     
  • Support with preparing the future set-up of the EMEA+ Media 
  • Manage the role and personal development of your direct report 

Position Requirements

  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across different levels of the organization and manage external partners
  • A balance of creative intuition and analytical skills and proven track record of working collaboratively with both creative and technical teams
  • Agile approach in a constantly evolving environment
  • A strong team player

You Bring

  • 5 to 8 years working experience in working on media, in a cross-channel capacity across multiple markets from strategy to implementation
  • Approx. 5 years experience in managing a small team
  • Advanced knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac programs (Pages, Keynote)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
