The role mainly includes day to day high level assistance for our management team (9 VP’s), proactively managing extensive calendars and expenses, organizing divisional events and work closely in a team of assistants.
This person will also be in charge of: organize complex, multi-stop, international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and managing visa requests, video conferencing set up and organize agenda (and minutes) for key management meetings.
You should enjoy being the main contact, juggling many things at once and have a “can do” attitude. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenging move into a dynamic and fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have been an Executive /Management Assistant to Senior VP level or above for several years in an international environment.
