The position is part of the MEA+ NL department and works closely with the EMEA marketing department within PVH Europe Headquarters. The position is based in Amsterdam and this role will support both the NL and the MEA+ markets for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. MEA+ is the growth area of the EMEA region, compromising of the diverse and exciting emerging markets - Middle East, Africa, Greece + (incl. Romania, Cyprus, Bulgaria), Israel, Lebanon and Malta.
The marketing intern plays a key role in supporting the marketing teams with the successful implementation of the marketing strategy within the Netherlands and MEA+ markets for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The focus of the intern mission would be on supporting the Communications activities of Calvin Klein and the ecommerce activities of Tommy Hilfiger in the MEA+ & NL markets. Communication Responsibilities (Calvin Klein NL & MEA+)• Supports on coordinating all seasonal PR activities: from sharing Press releases, assets and look books to campaign pitching • Assists in organizing seasonal Media Day events • Manages sample requests • Supports advocacy & influencer initiatives • Shares reports with global team Tommy.com Marketing Responsibilities (Tommy Hilfiger NL, Middle East, Greece & Israel) • Assists in developing content brief • Manages asset & copy creation• Consolidates asset requests from local Ecom teams3rd Party Ecommerce Responsibilities (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein NL & MEA+)• Provides support in consolidating, validating and distributing seasonal assets for 3rd party ecommerce partners• Checks that seasonal asset updates are correctly implemented• Manages sample request for content creation with 3rd party ecom players General support of Marketing teams (NL & MEA+)•Create seasonal recaps & department presentations • Analyze competitors and track market trends • Assist in event preparation (sample management, GWP shipping,…) NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. • Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master studies in International Business / Marketing & Communications • Available for either 6 months • Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment • Pro-active and results driven • Organized and efficient • Fluent in Dutch and English Language, verbal and written • MS Office (Outlook, PPT, PDF, Word, Excel), OS Keynote and preferably knowledge of Adobe InDesign • Experience in Apparel/Fashion/Lifestyle and/or Retail industry a plus • International experience is a plus • Start date for the internship: August 1st. Duration: 6 months • The candidate should be enrolled in a university or school program for the entire period of internship • The candidate should be eligible to work in the EU
