Position Description

The Position Along with your team members you are actively involved and hold responsibility for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Childrenswear distribution with wholesale partners in the Netherlands. In addition to active selling during seasonal sell-in appointments with customers, you will also collect feedback from markets regarding the needs for the upcoming collection (e.g. styles, colors, and trends).

Position Requirements

Position and Responsibilities: Reaching EBIT/Net Sales targets through active development and maximization of direct and forward order sales within all chosen channels and segments Gaining in-depth understanding of markets by pursuing (field) market research and pass on relevant information (e.g. trends, competitor analysis, country analysis) to relevant stakeholders Collecting feedback from Markets regarding needs for (upcoming) collection (e.g. styles, colors, and trends) and assist Sales Manager in providing input and feedback at key meetings (e.g. Market Collection Review, GAM) Preparing product group sales forecast by collecting sell-out data, performing seasonal analysis, and taking images of previous- and upcoming collections, key looks, and consumer assortment into account Assisting Sales & Merchandising Manager with building and customizing assortments per door, based on insights obtained during previous seasons (e.g. sell-out data and client touchpoints) Presenting, explaining and selling collection to customers during sell-in, while aiming to have 80% of total orders in to ensure on-time delivery for first drop Maintaining close relationships with internal stakeholders throughout development- and sell-in process (e.g. via attending Sales meetings) to ensure alignment across product groups, and act on new opportunities or issues Fostering close relationships with customers and provide in-season support (e.g. order fulfilment issues, additions, B2B-portal) Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data in Digital Showroom (e.g. orders), by continuously updating the system throughout sell-in period The Ideal Candidate: Impeccable sales and negotiation skills Strong in forging relationships with existing and new wholesale partners An outgoing and assertive personality Strong communication skills with business related knowledge An open minded outlook Positive and flexible attitude, a team player Hands-on and can-do mentality Commercially driven and having an eye for product Creative and innovative in finding new and better ways to solve business challenges You Bring: Minimum 1-3 years working experience ideally in fashion sales in store or wholesale Drivers license Exceptional excel skills are vital for the role A sales and analytical mindset Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Native level Dutch (written and verbal) Fluency in English (written and verbal) Nice to Haves: Experience and knowledge within a premium brand is a big advantage We Offer: Trainings and courses for self-development Competitive salary and benefits Company car, mobile phone, laptop A newly built campus with gyms, cafes, amazing lunches, and plenty of company events We would love to know why this is the role for you, so please include a motivational letter with your application.
