Position Description

The E-commerce Insights & Analytics (EIA) team’s mission is to provide the E-commerce department and the PVH Business with actionable insights that enable PVH to continuously improve, create value and be ahead of competitors and drive the business forward.The team supports change and informed decision-making across the PVH Business whenever and wherever it touches E-commerce. The team enables stakeholders to measure their performance and leads the development of clear and actionable dashboards, reports and models. It constantly challenges and educates business owners to think analytically, ask the right questions and act upon given data driven insights.As such, you will be responsible for collecting and integrating the correct data to enrich the pool of information available to the business. You will be leading data integration and enrichment projects and manage stakeholders’ requests by prioritizing business needs based on potential value from analyses. You will work closely with marketing, development, merchandising& content teams to determine the best strategy based on the data analyses you have doneRequirements● Strong analytical skills● Excellent communication & story-telling skills● Eager quick learner who can solve problems, is self-motivated and has a hands-on mentality● Team player with good sense of humor● Good understanding of E-commerce and up to date on tracking technologies● At least 3 years of experience with web analytics (both Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)● At least 3 years of experience with tagging technologies (Tealium is a plus)● Basic coding experience with JavaScript● Experience in performance marketing or CRM is a plus● Experience in (branded) fashion is a plus

Position Requirements

● Responsibility for tagging-based analytics needs with Adobe Analytics, Google analytics & Tealium Tag Management● Work directly with product owners, business owners, internal teams & technical specialists to plan and execute tagging and tracking for site analytics● Work directly with marketing channels to optimize ROI and advise best-practice for Google Marketing Platform from a data & segmentation point of view● Generate reports providing insights and recommendations based on data● Ensure data integrity & documentation of tracking standards, be part of platform release cycle● Provide a center of excellence for Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics knowledge and assist users in adopting best practices● Manage & engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirements and results will be measured● Code in JavaScript when needed for optimal tracking implementations● Offer (technical) solutions that will guide the stakeholders in making informed decisions and constantly test hypotheses
