You will be based at our PVH Head office in Copenhagen and travel activity in the region is required.

Department Information

We are looking for a driven sales executive with deep knowledge and experience within underwear. The right candidate should drive the sales with our wholesale customers on Calvin Klein Underwear and you need to be actively building the relationship with our customers, with a focus on the markets of responsibility. You will have the responsibility to sell Calvin Klein Underwear collections 2 times a year, in close partnership with our existing sales executive team. Your area of responsibility will be to drive sales of the division. Secure a strong, high profile distribution with strong relations to the company of Calvin Klein.

Position Description

Role of responsibilities: •Actively suggest commercial actions to be taken in order to reach qualitative and quantitative targets of Calvin Klein Underwear within the markets of responsibility.•Responsible for the reach of Forward Order targets and Net Sales development of Calvin Klein Underwear within the markets of responsibility•Develop and maximize full potential of both Forward and Direct order sales within all channels and segments chosen and defined. Take an active role in the Direct sales business development.•Build and maintain a correct and high profile distribution, which is in line with the communicated vision of Calvin Klein Europe/Global. This includes compliance to the decided distribution strategy, contact to local key partners/customers, etc.•Create Forward and Direct order budgets by door, and constantly act proactively to secure achievement of the budgets.•Responsible to Sell-in to and serve all Calvin Klein Underwear existing clients within the markets and prospects in the region of responsibility from fully equipped Calvin Klein Nordic showroom in Copenhagen.•Collect and analyze current Sell Out data, such as index and sell through figures, at all major accounts in order to react and drive the Sell Out.•Fully embrace the Digital Showroom and having a genuine interest in the future of fashion wholesale.•Collect, translate and coordinate feedback on the division, and communicate back to the headquarter on demand. Furthermore, collect and share best practice between the Nordic countries on the division and cross-divisions.•Act as a strong professional partner towards partners:•Strong collection knowledge and clear presentations•Market knowledge•Secure that Calvin Klein is presented in the optimal way at all point of sales•Be honest, reliable, fun and interesting•Secure that partners are well trained in concept and products•Keep the showroom and sample lines up to date•Actively participating in re-selling of all commercial returns and sample collections within the divisions and markets•Implement and execute trainings, kick off’s and events, POS support etc. to secure that Calvin Klein Underwear are the first choice among our partners within the markets of responsibility.•Independently and with ownership, drive the business.

Position Requirements

Required Skills: - A proven track record in sales and business development- Good negotiation and presentation skills- Strong understanding of the entire sales process; including prospecting, taking orders, order maintenance, shipping, and follow-up- A solid grasp on what it takes to meet seasonal sales goals by delivery- Strong understanding of retail math, selling, margins and profitability- High level of proficiency in using office tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ect.- Ability to maintain and build relationship with clients and buyers- Tenacious, assertive and determined attitude- Exceptionally organized- Fluent in a Scandinavian language and a strong knowledge in English.
