Position Description

CONCESSION MANAGER JOB TITLE: Concession Manager REPORTING TO: Area Manager OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: to effectively and efficiently manage the concession in order to maximise sales and minimise costs working within pre-set targets Due to the nature of the business, the company must retain flexibility in its operation and you will be expected to co-operate within reason to requests to undertake work other than that advised as your main duties. KEY CONTRIBUTION AREAS: 1. To understand, communicate and implement Company objectives within their store 2. To motivate and develop themselves and their team to achieve a high standard of customer service in order to maximise the sales and profitability of the concession 3. To plan, manage and take accountability for store expenditure on controllable items e.g. man hours 4. To effectively communicate and ensure the adherence of staff and management to all company policies and procedures e.g. Health and Safety of the housing store as well as Tommy Hilfiger. 5. To set the standard of merchandise presentation in line with Company requirements and manage the maintenance of commerciality, replenishment and housekeeping etc. 6. To effectively manage the recruitment, training, development and individual performance of all staff within the store utilising Company material provided 7. To carry out additional duties when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability for their role, e.g. to assist in the training of other Concession Managers within the Company.
