Position Description

The Role; CREATIVE • BE AWARE OF VISUAL DIRECTION PROVIDED BY AMSTERDAM HEAD OFFICE AND USE IT EFFECTIVELY TO ENFORCE THE UK VISION FOR VISUAL ACROSS THE STORE • ENSURE THE WINDOWS ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE EXCELLENT EXECUTION, STYLING AND COMPOSITION • REDRESS WINDOWS ON A REGULAR BASIS • REFRESH THE LAYOUT OF THE FLOORS ACROSS ALL CHANNELS REGULARLY TO INJECT NEW LIFE AND INTEREST INTO EXISITNG COLLECTIONS, CONSIDERING THE TH VISION AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES THE LAUNCH OF MONTHLY DROPS IN STORE AND SUBSEQUENT FLOOR MOVES. • WORK ALONGSIDE THE STORE TEAM TO ENSURE THEY UNDERSTAND THE STANDARDS AND VISION FOR VM, INCLUDING REGULAR IN STORE TRAINING SESSIONS AND NEW STARTER TRAINING. PLANNING AND ORGANISATION • KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE VM SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR AHEAD, ENSUING DAILY DUTIES AND HOLIDAYS ARE PLANNED AROUND IT • CREATE A DAILY SCHEDULE, ENSURING REGULAR FLOOR MOVES AND UPDATES TO EACH DIVISION AND AREA IN STORE • REGULAR COMMUNICATION WITH STORE TEAM TO ENSURE THEY ARE AWARE OF MOVES • PLAN FLOOR MOVES AND ACTIONS AHEAD TO ENSURE RELEVANT STORE TEAM MEMBER’S AVAILABILTY FOR SUPPORT • LIAISE WITH THE VM MANAGER FOR SUPPORT AND FURTHER DIRECTION WHEN REQUIRED. • REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND PLANNING WITH THE STOCK ROOM MANAGER COMMUNICATION • MAINTAIN A CLOSE WORKING REALTIONSHIP WITH THE STORE TEAM, TO ENSURE THE SHARING OF INFORMATION AND FOR SUPPORT WITH ALL VM RELATED ISSUES • ENSURE A CLOSE REALTIONSHIP WITH RELEVANT MEMBERS OF THE AREA VM TEAM, AND STORE MANAGEMENT TEAM, WORKING TOGETHER TO DELIVER THE BEST VM SERVICE POSSIBLE • LIASIE WITH B&M TEAM ON DELIVERIES, STOCK ISSUES AND GENERAL FEEDBACK

Position Requirements

The Person QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE • CREATIVE / RETAIL BACKGROUND • WINDOW / STYLING EXPERIENCE IN A PREVIOUS ROLE • MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPEREINCE IN A VM ROLE • EXPERIENCE WITHIN A FLAGSHIP STORE PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY • USES INITATIVE • GOOD COMMUNICATOR • GREAT ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS • LIVES BY THE VAULES AT ALL TIME
