Department Information

PVH Retail is responsible for circa 50% of the UK and EIR total business. It’s a fast paced, energetic and open environment - where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent red thread that runs through our retail business – ‘Retail Working As One’. We are one team, made up of 5 key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. Our focus is always stores’ first. We put our teams on the ground, serving our consumers, at the forefront of everything we do. The Health and Safety Manager sits within the Retail Operations team and is responsible for ensuring the retail estate is compliant in all aspects of Health and Safety regulation.

Position Requirements

● Advises key senior stakeholders on potential risks to their business supporting in the design of action plans to drive compliance.● Influences senior stakeholders to ensure best practice is adhered to, in all areas of the retail estate.● Designs and implements risk and compliance training interventions fit for purpose.● Regularly updates senior stakeholders of progress of their business, and challenges accordingly to ensure fore- frontal thinking/awareness in risk and compliance agenda.● Partners with external vendors appropriately, to support in change management in subject matter for the organisation. ● Keeps up to date with industry regulations.● You'll have up to date knowledge of all key H&S requirements.● You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease. ● You’ll be a commercially aware and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.● You'll have an innovative, proactive and solutions oriented mindset.● You'll have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.● You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
