PVH Retail is responsible for circa 50% of the UK and EIR total business. It’s a fast paced, energetic and open environment - where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent red thread that runs through our retail business – ‘Retail Working As One’. We are one team, made up of 5 key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. The Productivity Manager plays a fundamental role in supporting the retail function by providing a reliable, confidential and efficient support service. They drive and support the retail strategy as set out by the Heads of Retail and Retail Director, proactively installing and managing processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all areas of the business.Responsibilities include:
● Creation and maintenance of pre-defined, Standard and Employee reports ● Publishing Storeforce reporting and utilization● Weekly/Monthly analytics on SGM, Weekend Staffing optimization, Self Service audit reviews, Store Manager Annual Leave and scheduling analysis and Audit results● In conjunction with the Payroll dept create and maintain weekly/monthly payroll reviews ● Working with the Retail Teams support the Flagship Store Initiative with analytics and reporting insights
