PVH Retail is responsible for circa 50% of the UK and EIR total business. It’s a fast paced, energetic and open environment - where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent red thread that runs through our retail business – ‘Retail Working As One’. We are one team, made up of 5 key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. The Work Force Management Project Manager plays a fundamental role in supporting the retail function by providing a reliable, confidential and efficient support service. They drive and support the retail strategy as set out by the Heads of Retail and Retail Director, proactively installing and managing processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all areas of the business.Responsibilities include: ● Project manage the re-launch of Work Force Management - Storeforce to the Retail Teams by Q4● Ensures all retail stores are trained and running to the new WFM - Storeforce ‘best practice’● Works with external vendors and Area Managers to include all functionality requested by the Retail Team● Ensures the ‘Base Template’ strategy is completed in all stores for Q4● Working with the payroll function look at functionality that significantly reduces the quantity of Pre-lims● Support the Retail Stores through Q4 with Storeforce , ensuring 100% functionality and additional training requirements
