Department Information

This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced dynamic Facilities team. The Showroom Assistant will work closely with the Showroom Facilities team to ensure the Market season runs as smoothly as possible. We are looking for someone to join us for an immediate start for eight weeks, working full time (37.5 hours a week). 

Position Description

Responsibilities include:

• Being a Brand ambassador and welcoming customers to the showrooms• Taking and preparing drinks orders • Ensuring that wholesale showroom standards are maintained throughout the season and making sure samples are on display correctly • Clearing selling tables of cups and ensuring tables are set for next appointment • Ensuring showroom and office kitchen are clear on rotation• Supporting with catering set up • Sample sale support• General team support and administrative duties including internal events support
