Department Information

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience. Working at pace, the team operate autonomously and have the creative license to really deliver solutions that enable their stakeholders across the business. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of salary and wages to approximately 1950 employees across six payrolls (United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland).

Position Description

Working closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, the Payroll Coordinator is involved in the entire payment lifecycle from collation and submission of data to our external payroll provider to robust payroll checks and reconciliations, all the way to payment to employees. Responsibilities include: ● The day-to-day administration of the payroll function. ● Accurate checks and audits to ensure payment accuracy and legal compliance. ● Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ● Ensuring employees are assessed and enrolled into the company pension scheme. ● Ensuring PVH remains compliant with all legislation and company policies. ● Dealing with employee pay queries and requests in person, over the phone and by email. ● Calculating and paying commission and bonuses to employees. ● Conducting quarterly audits on payroll data.

Position Requirements

● Previous experience working within a payroll or finance team is ideal but not essential. ● Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. ● Be able to work well under pressure and with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace. ● Be able to maintain confidentiality and display discretion at all times. ● Have a strong attention to detail. ● Be customer focused, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality and accurate service on time, every time. ● Have excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
