The Marketing and Communications team are responsible for increasing brand awareness of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, and delivering campaigns with a positive ROI. No day is the same. The team are responsible for maintaining brand equity and the development and delivery of the full marketing communications mix including events, store launches, press days and shows. Previous collaborations have included Gigi Hadid, Lewis Hamilton and Zendaya.
The Communications Assistant is a key contributor and support to the communications team. Based in our fast paced, dynamic press office, they oversee the Communications Sample Assistant to coordinate all sample requests and provide general assistance to the department.Responsibilities include:● Maintain and build relationships with fashion assistants and digital talent agents. ● Monitor and scan Tommy Hilfiger coverage in newspapers, magazines, online and compile weekly reports for the global team.● Ensure the PR showroom standards are maintained throughout the season and assist on showroom appointments.● Coordinate sample send outs and returns across mainline and runway collections using Fashion GPS.● Work with the VIP team to assist in dressing opportunities and securing clothing for UK opportunities.● Work in partnership with the European office to secure Runway looks for UK titles and when necessary liaise with other international PR teams to secure additional pieces for shoots. ● Assist with Fashion Events throughout the year including seasonal press days and store events. ● Work with the sales team to deliver samples to their wholesale clients for wholesale shoots.● General press office administration duties including booking couriers and booking cars. ● Work closely with the Communications Coordinator to build relationships with brand appropriate influencers and create ideas for campaign relevant event.
● You'll have previous experience in PR or communications at an agency or in-house PR team. ● You'll have a university or similar degree in a relevant subject. ● You'll have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.● You’ll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.● You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease. ● You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.● You'll be innovative, forward-thinking and comfortable to put solutions on the table.
