About The Role

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.

The Talent Acquisition team are fanatical about talent.  They are determined to find the best people for PVH whilst ensuring the candidate journey is a positive one! They offer a seamless and consultative service to their stakeholders always making sure they are working to the highest standards.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator has a candidate focused role, ensuring all candidates receive a great experience throughout their journey with PVH, and supporting the team in the advertising, shortlisting and logistics of the recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a great candidate experience to all candidates interviewing and applying to PVH; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates
  • Supporting on candidate mapping and selection, providing suitable shortlists for Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes, providing candidates with constructive feedback throughout their interview process
  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition & Retail management team to support with candidate communication and interview scheduling
  • Working with internal KPI’s and SLA’s, to ensure we are meeting with best practice guidelines
  • Management of all job advertisements across all digital platforms
  • Promote and champion recruitment best practices and great candidate experience throughout PVH UK+
  • Supporting with telephone interviews and delivering feedback where required

About You

  • You'll have previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) and have an understanding or passion for fashion retail (including marketing, advertising, interviewing).
  • You'll be experienced in sourcing using LinkedIn, and you’ll be familiar with job boards and recruitment advertising
  • You’ll have the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You’ll understand why candidate experience is important and what good looks like
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace
  • You’ll be a confident and clear communicator with an eye for detail
