About The Role

The Tech function works in collaboration as part of the Facilities management team, which is made up of a combination of many disciplines that maintain and balance the supply and demand of services, supplies, and equipment for the organisation. The goal is to increase the PVH UK+ organisation’s efficiency and support its vital activities.The Tech department plays a pivotal, and vital, role in ensuring all departments are kept up to date and current in the ever-evolving market. They provide the tools to ensure every colleague receives information at the right time and on the relevant platform, whilst managing and servicing all computers and equipment for PVH UK +This department updates software, manages voiceover IPs, and in general, works to ensure that communication internally and externally never falters whilst collaborating with our EU counterparts

Responsibilities include: •Managing new-starter setups of hardware and software, inclusive of but not extensive to Laptop, iPad & iPhone •Becoming the face of Tech; supporting our London Offices via face to face, email and phone support •Establishing helpdesk systems including logging, updating and escalating Tech Support requests via ticket management software •Managing the response for both office and wholesale cover as well as drop in sessions •Overseeing the Digital selling tool support, diagnostic updates and replacements •Supporting on events for PA’s, visit’s and VIP meetings •Supporting with Market Launch, Press Days, and internal and external workshops/ training •Providing Tech support and knowledge and project management on business projects that support all departments within PVH UK + •Troubleshooting and escalating issues to senior team members when needed •Deploying and maintaining workstations, laptops, phones and AV equipment •Supporting across Head Office locations and Concessions •Managing hardware equipment for new employees and repairs for Head Office and Concessions •Installing new software and upgrades to equipment

About You

  • 1-2 years’ experience in 1st line service desk role looking for the next step up
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive “can do” attitude, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ability to prioritise
  • Have working knowledge and experience in Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of Windows 7/10 and Mac OS X
  • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager & MAAS 360
  • Knowledge of SCCM
