For this senior role, you’ll be part mentor, part collaborator, part autonomous.
It’s quite an independent role, but you are by no means by yourself. With an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach, you’ll enjoy rolling-up your sleeves and leading by doing (and by example to your peers).
On the one hand, you’ll bring digital thinking to the table. Working across Creative teams at all levels, you’ll be translating concepts across digital platforms.
On the other hand, you’ll be working with multi-functional teams to approach every brief with fresh eyes. Concepting and collaborating on overall campaign ideas and story-telling that could live anywhere, crossing the boundaries of physical, digital and virtual realities.
As part of the wider Company team, there’s opportunity to collaborate on projects such as the digital showroom, designing Apps and internal websites, to newer niches such as wearables, VR applications and pushing the boundaries of digital into physical environments, such as digital pop-up stores and in-store experiences.
With your own projects, you can continue to practice what you preach and show what great digital design is all about. You’ll be developing and executing innovative and compelling digital solutions that enhance the brand, improve our ways of working and engage consumers by creating user journeys that captivate and inspire.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll be guiding, mentoring and inspiring the Agency team and actively contributing to promote a culture of innovation.

You’re a seasoned creative with evident experience in developing all kinds of interactive work — from platforms and campaign sites to mobile apps and interactive films.
A true-born creative with an innate taste for technology, an instinct for interaction and a natural feel for digital aesthetics.
This role requires an all-round authority on digital design. You understand how technology works, and even better how it should look. With an articulate understanding of fundamentals like typography, interaction design and usability, you can improve work on both an aesthetic and functional level. In short, you represent somebody even experienced creative’s can learn from.
Needless to say, you’ll have hands-on design skills and expert competency with ALL Adobe Creative programs.

Working from the passenger’s seat, you’ll have mentor-like responsibilities supporting across the creative teams and can even jump in to help, if that is what it takes to get the job done, especially on the Ecom side
From the driver’s seat, you’ll be working with teams on digital projects and also working autonomously on your own projects
Good at juggling priorities, ensuring timely delivery of work and managing numerous projects simultaneously
You’ll participate in the strategic development of assigned projects
Taking the lead role in researching, developing, innovating and pioneering strategic ideas across existing and emerging digital platforms
Developing and delivering thought leadership for the Agency team and our ‘clients’
You’ll be contributing to all stages of the design process, bridging different disciplines such as concept development, UX and design
Translating creative concepts and Leading the development and execution of style guides that adhere to brand guidelines and campaign direction
Understanding the implications of designing for different platforms and devices, tying these together with an obsessive dedication to detail
Together with our creative and external teams, you’re the link between the creative concept and its actual execution, enjoying the challenge of coming up with creative solutions – regardless of restrictions and technical limitations
In most cases, you’ll be involved with researching and selecting talented creative’s, programmers, animators, agencies and production teams… so you’ll need to bring your ‘Rolodex’ of trusted contacts
