The role mainly includes administrative support, calendar management, prepare meetings at a senior level and being a brand ambassador for our brands.
This person will also be in charge of: travel bookings, video conferencing set up, administration tasks such as expense claims etc. You should enjoy being the main contact, juggling many things at once and have a “can do” attitude. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenging move into a dynamic and fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have been a Management Assistant/PA to Senior VP level or above for several years in an international environment.
Next to that our candidate should have/be:
- At least 4 years of working experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Experience in event management
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Computer literate (Microsoft package) – excellent power point skills
- Previous similar experience in an international environment
- Team player
- Discreet and professional
- Experience within fashion is a distinct advantage
