Position Description and responsibilities
To strength the Microsoft development team we are looking for an experienced .Net C# & SharePoint Developer to work from our Amsterdam office.
You will be responsible for developing software specifications in conjunction with business users and third party providers. Development for new or changes in .Net C# applications SharePoint solutions in order to meet business requirements.
Microsoft, pragmatic, starter, web development, SharePoint (2010,2013), SQL, C#, hands on, Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, extranet, coordination, support oriented.
- Involvement in SharePoint& .Net initiatives
- Knowledge of SharePoint is essential. (we use SharePoint 2010/13)
- Analyse requirements of the business
- Define improvements and roadmap to:
- Consolidate functionalities
- Deliver additional functionalities
- Knowledge transfer
- Close contact with the business users regarding developments and application roadmap
- Standard packages (Excel mainly)
- In house developments
The role requires:
-Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies and:
- MS SQL
- Web Services (eg SOAP)
- SharePoint 2010/13
- In/extranet and web initiatives
- Source Control System(Microsoft Team Foundation Server)
- InfoPath development is a pre
- Nintex Workflow engine is a pre
- ticketing systems/development support systems (github / Jira / TeamCity )
- deployment systems/methodologies
-Operating systems : Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server (basics)
-Pick up applications quickly

-Understanding of functional usage of different applications
Furthermore you are a good communicator (written and verbal fluency in English required) and have the ability to transform ideas from business users into working applications. You have the analytical skills to quickly analyse a problem and come up with solutions that fit our architecture. You can work independently but are also a great team player.
We are looking for a fulltime position and given the nature of our business and applications you are willing to travel and/or work odd hours when required.
