Position Description

The Inbound Coordinator is a temporary position within Menswear for which we would like someone to start April 1st. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Daily update/monitoring of the bulk inbound master file (ZPOR)
  • Sanity check of data
  • PO maintenance
  • Checks and approves booking advices
  • Checks shipping advices and books PO’s
  • Checks with forwarders for missing documents
  • Pivot role between Buying Offices and Buying Teams
  • Link with European warehouse
  • Check daily updates from OTX (bulk update) and Central Sourcing (ship mode confirmation)
  • Creating the vendors seasonal performance analysis
  • Check causes for delays + approves or reject
  • Adjust ship modes where necessary/when applicable
  • Checks SAP sales for replenishments
  • Manage overages-shortages
  • Support the buying team to prepare the seasonal shipping plan
  • Warns for potential troubles and general production issues
  • WIP charts updates

Position Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, ability of maintaining tight calendar and process management and juggle multiple priorities.
  • High school degree
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a big plus
  • Computer literacy: very strong Excel skills + computer minded
  • Strong numerical track record
  • Great Communicator and Networker
  • Languages: Fluent in English in speaking & writing
