Department Information

Retail Department is the central organization for all Retail channels in all markets for both PVH brands. The Store Operations Team within this department is the main function for all retail stores to ensure successful in-store processes and systems to deliver a consistent consumer experience over all business models. Key projects are: GK POS, RFID, LMS implementation, Mobile POS, FIORI stock management tool, Store Force workforce management tool and optimization of current ways of working.

Position Description

The Business Analyst in-store operational excellence will report to and work in close collaboration with management team and countries. Main focus will be to engage with Project Managers and Country Operations to ensure that stores are extracting the maximum potential use of the different tools and systems. He will also be responsible for driving the analysis on the innovation landscape within the stores. Our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape


  • Work closely with Project Managers, Analytics and local country teams to analyze usage of tools and systems.
  • Use your expertise in business process analytics to create insights that solve business problems for the stores
  • Improve performances through process optimization
  • Gather information from markets and indutry about the innovation landscape in regards of the store operations
  • Work with business teams and stakeholders to identify, understand, prioritize business requirements. Collate and analyze resources, KPIs and performance data to ensure informed decisions to the management team
  • Being a trusted partner to country operations, building data-backed recommendations on actions to be implemented
  • Developing ideas, concepts and tools in order to develop the operational excellence of the team

The Business Analyst will in detail:

  • Collate and analyze business data from the analytics team
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently
  • Continuously identify and evaluate system and tool’s use in countries
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify improvements, corrections and approach for countries
  • Build and present decks with recommendations for countries, based on the extracted data and business value
  • Work collaboratively with Country Operations, Senior Management and Project Managers to identify actions to be taken

Position Requirements

  • University degree
  • 4 years’ work experience in a strategy / business process management consulting environment and/or Business Analyst in a Retail environment
  • Process and data driven mindset
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Strong planning and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Open-mindedness for new technologies and eagerness to drive innovations
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
  • Ambitious, motivated to go the extra mile and able to perform in a demanding work environment
