Department Information

The Marketing and Communications team are responsible for increasing brand awareness of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, and delivering campaigns with a positive ROI.No day is the same. The team are responsible for the development and execution of high profile collaborations, events, store openings, launches, press days, fashion shows and maintaining brand equity.

Position Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving maximum awareness, engagement and footfall to stores for the PVH brands.

Responsibilities include:● Collaboration with wider team and PVH Retail Managers to discuss support requirements. ● Adapt concepts from global and flagship initiatives and delivering at a regional level.● Develop and deliver regional marketing initiatives, including centre pop ups, department store windows and local media.● Build commercial initiatives that support challenging trade. ● Develop best practices and identify any challenges proposing and implementing ideas and changes.● Marketing point of contact for regional stores ensuring efficient communication.● Build consumer local database. ● Weekly market visits to inform marketing strategy.● Develop long and short term relationships with neighbours and aligned businesses regionally to create mutually beneficial partnerships. ● Manage the regional budget.● Report back on regional trends to the wider marketing and comms team to enable an effective strategy. ● Support the Retail Marketing Manager on store incentives.

Position Requirements

● You'll have at least 3 years marketing experience within a fashion retail brand● You'll have a university or similar degree in marketing/communications.● You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.● You'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease.● You'll be an energetic individual with an eagerness to develop and learn new skills.
